Refund policy

All sales are final

Mindful Motion is a set of digital files delivered immediately after purchase. Because you receive everything the moment you pay, all sales are final and I do not offer refunds.

How to know what you are buying, before you buy it

I would rather you be certain than sorry, so everything is available to inspect first:

A free chapter, the full transition runway module
A free pathway quiz that gives you the same year-one pay figures used throughout the book
A complete contents list for every tier, on the pricing page
A free resources page covering the funding research, which is a large part of what the book teaches

If anything is unclear before you buy, email info@mindfulmotions.organd I will answer honestly, including telling you if I think it is not right for you.

If something is broken

This is different from a refund, and I will always fix it. If a file will not download, arrives damaged, or is missing from your purchase, email me with your order number and I will send working files. If I cannot deliver what you paid for, I will refund you.

EU and UK customers

If you are purchasing from the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase. By completing your purchase and downloading the files, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal.
