WHAT I COLLECT, AND WHAT I DON'T
Privacy policy

The short version. I collect as little as possible. I do not sell your data. There are no user accounts, so there is nothing to log into and nothing for me to lose.
What I collect
If you buy something: your email address, name, and country, plus whatever the payment processor needs. I never see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe through Payhip, and neither passes card numbers to me.
If you download the free sample: Payhip collects your email address so it can send you the file.
If you take the quiz: your answers are processed in your browser. They are not stored, not sent to a server, and not attached to your identity. The site does record two anonymous events: that a quiz was started, and which pathway it suggested at the end. Never your answers.
If you just visit: standard analytics, meaning pages viewed, rough geographic region, device type, how you arrived, and whether you clicked through to a product on Payhip. This is aggregate and does not identify you individually.
What I do with it
- Deliver what you bought
- Send you the files, and later revisions of them
- Send emails you asked for
- Understand which pages work
- Meet tax and accounting obligations
That is the complete list. I do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
Who else touches your data
- Payhip and Stripe, for payments, delivery, and free-sample downloads
- An email service provider, for email delivery, once I have one set up. This policy will name it directly as soon as I do.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and provides its page-view analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). It counts visits without cookies and does not identify you individually.
- Google Analytics, which receives the page views and anonymous events described above. They are relayed from Cloudflare’s servers (Cloudflare Zaraz), not loaded from Google in your browser. Your IP address is not passed to Google, no Google cookies are set, and Google’s advertising features are off.
Each has its own privacy policy. I choose providers that behave reasonably, but I do not control them.
How long I keep it
Purchase records for as long as tax law requires, currently seven years in the US. Email addresses until you unsubscribe. Analytics in aggregate indefinitely, since it does not identify you.
Your rights
Email info@mindfulmotions.org and I will action any of these, at no charge:
- See what I hold about you
- Correct anything wrong
- Delete your data, though I must keep purchase records for tax purposes
- Unsubscribe, instantly, via the link in every email
- Take your data in a portable format
If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have these rights by law. I extend them to everyone regardless of where you live.
Cookies
The site’s analytics does not use cookies, and the site itself sets none. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it needs to check that a visitor isn’t a bot. No cookies are needed to read the site, and you can block them in your browser without breaking anything.
Children
This is written for working adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. I do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given me information, email me and I will delete it.
Changes
Updates appear here with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting how I use your information will also go out by email.
